About the drumming, i personally really like it. Its very unique and something that i find ahs become an integral part of his sound. And you can't really fault his musicianship for using programmed drums since as mentionned it msut take a hell of a lot of time and knowledge to program all that and he plays every other instrument himself. If he got rid of the impossible drumming it jsut wouldn't be the same band for me anymore

ok I finally got this, and I'm just finishing the first track. It's actually really good, the keys, the melody, the vocals, it all works wonderfully, except the bloody drums. They're way too annoying, and far too complex to be of any benefit to the music.

I'm thinking a 4 for this. It's very solid, but as has been mentioned many a time, the drumming is plain annoying.

Oh yeah, I agree that the piano is the highlight here, but I feel like even when he's riffiing that he uses it too much in the background sometimes (like on Dismay).

Been a awhile since I've listened to this though, will spin again to confirm.
