Sepultura's best and most original album, Chaos A.D. is a must have for any metal head. They were for the most part still thrash on here and they added elements of death metal, but it was obvious they were heading in a different direction. Igor's drumming is some of the best to come out of a metal band. The guitars are badass and the bass is heard and even makes some surprises on a few tracks. Back in their day, Sepultura were the band to beat. Angry, political, violent, dangerous and gripping, this is as real as metal gets.

I agree w/ a lot of people on here that Beneath The Remains and Arise are great. But Dragonforce89, Reload is a masterpiece compared to this? Can you explain why?

i thought you was referring to As The Roots Undo for a second haha. This band kind of reminds me of Cryptopsy to do with their success... couple of albums were great, one was amazing... then the other modern ones are just piles of garbage juice.
