Coke, every time I've seen him live he's been consistently excellent, whether it be with AOF or without.
Oh, and AtavanHalen, just so you're aware, justifying a five for an album that came out two days ago is near impossible. Nothing against you, I just think you might want to give it WAY more listens before you jump the gun and condemn it to "Classic" status.

No one can justify giving this a 5, unless you're handicap.
Does anyone esle hear how bad Dallas is trying to come off as Neil Young musically?
Harvest is a fuc king classic, this is a boring and stale.

So, if I'm a paraplegic, I can rate this a 5? He's inspired by Neil so it's not too crazy to think he's trying to sound like him, and it's stupid to compare this and Harvest. Also, a 3 means good. For as bad as you're talking about it, your rating should be lower. But then again, I don't know how to rate and have bad taste in music. Right?

Um, I've had this for quite a bit more than two days (it leaked a while ago).

That you may be but you still fail to grasp the concept of what a "classic" album is.

Evokes Ryan Cabrera circa 2004.

Good review. I am agree for the most part with the review, and as well with Coke.
Album would be better if Green could sing live and he didn't drone his words as much. Production is pretty weak as well. Instrumentally it's average, but I can't really complain about it.

Wade is not a good singer, Dallas is too good to pass up. AOF's newest album wasn't so hot either, so maybe they all are on their way down. I want the AOF that wrote the self-titled, that album was (and still is) one of the best.

Ya their S/T was what got me into post-hardcore.
And ya Wade singing is just absolutely terrible, why not just let dallas shine.
Happy Family Day everyone!!!

This album is incredible. Much different from "Sometimes," but Green still manages to make great music. Sleeping Sickness, Death of Me, Confessions, and Body in a Box are easily a few of my favorite songs of all time. Dallas Green did not let his fans down with this album.
