in the review you say "well in stadium arcadium, theres a good drumbeat and good guitarwork, but its soft, and it sucks." "dani california has really good groove and good rap-singing, but theres no energy so it sucks." i really disagree with you rating and the way you wrote this entire thing.

85% of the review was just you trying to make a joke out of the song titles. It came off as someone who didn't know how to describe music making up for that by using big words over and over again.



The other 15% were solely words like : Castrated, Hackneyed, Cliched, Boring, and *****. you sound like you've only heard RHCP from '91 on. You compare nearly every song to their best and most well known album, which is not at all fair.



Even tho this is probably the worst review I've seen on the site, by no means do I want you to quit reviewing, I think i speak for everyone when I say "Keep it up", because one of two things will happen. Least likely is you'll actually become a somewhat mediocre reviewer and improve upon your glorified track by track rants. Most likely is you will keep writing repetitive, "Hackneyed", annoying, butthurt reviews that most of us will read when we are in a bad mood, and automatically be cheered up by your laughable "Reviews".



I would like to one day try my hand at your style of reviewing, but I think I'd have to huff really strong paint or something else that zaps a lot of brain cells, then maybe I could write a review like this. If you want to hear a 1 star worthy album, listen to Aaron Carter, Bow Wow, Dem Franchize Boyz, or some kind of Courtney Love solo album. Your grading curve for CDs is really fucked up.

Boy, was this review disappointing. I was actually expecting a well written out review telling about why the album lacks miserably. All I get, though, is a bunch of random rambling about how everything is bad. Sounds like a skipping record with a bunch of profanities sprinkled around in an attempt to make it sound like you know what you're talking about.

Now, if this had backing statements and actual reasons why each track was terrible, I would be very interested. A two sentence explanation for a song definitely does not fully explain.

this was so over-rated when it came out, and upon re-listening today, it has not stood up to the test of time (that time only being 2 years). About 80% filler material, if it was only a one disc album cutting most of the crap it might earn a 3.5 rating. Maybe.

idk i was fairly impressed with the album overrall. It kept my attention most of the way through. Imo there are only like 3 or 4 bad songs, the rest are either good or great. However, there arent enough great songs on here to really solidify the record. Its mostly slightly-better-than-filler material.

I have to say that the same "experts" who keep bashing bands for recycling their stuff are the same people who wll bash other bands for always redefining themselves and actually being creative with their music. Do you expect that all four albums proceeding BSSM should sound like it or should the band keep being creative and experimental in their work. And BTW this is not generic and bland in any way.
