This review sucks. Good luck convincing anyone. One of the biggest fanboy/girl cases I've seen so far.
Nothing wrong with being a fan, but it shouldn't get to the point where you can't get your point across properly.

'What I like about the band is that all songs from evanescence make you think your CD is skipping at one point. It comes from the rhythm and melody.'

Quite possibly at the top of my all time guilty pleasure list. Ripped hard when I was like 12.

I still like it, but the early demos are better as they contain all the songs that eventually made their way to Fallen plus small gems like I Must Be Dreaming, Farther Away, So Close, Lies or Even in Death.

This isn’t a guilty pleasure to me tbh. It’s just a great album.

Wish the next albums were as good as this tbh
Remember being 14 and trying to fall in love with The Open Door so hard, but I couldn't (except for two songs or so) no matter how hard I tried

"Haunted" is the song, "Long lost words whisper slowly to me, still can't find what keeps me here... watching me wanting me, I can feel you pull me down." It starts with the loud guitar and strikes me and Amy's voice kicks off, it is angry and deceiving. It is clearly her style of Goth rock and Christian rock or confronts Satan.

The lyrics on the album are interesting, literate, and urbane.
"Tourniquet" is the highlight of the Goth metal rock song for me. It is upbeat. Amy sings, "My God, my tourniquet, return to me salvation." It gets unsettling for some. And it gets upsetting for some.
