only way i could see this getting such a low average

lol. it's probably just people going into it after hearing jokes and expecting it to be something it isn't. i'd actually love to hear what these songs sounded like before they were flattened out and stripped of tempo changes.

the one single that they released on that indie comp that sounds like it was from the new ruins sessions is really good.

Do you mean Bells and Hammers? I'm just now listening to that for the first time and I wish it was on the album.
