I guess so.
But as a listener you might want to hear the same sort of thing instead of a random mix.
It's a pretty different station from most college radios though, jazz and classical are its main draws, having most of the weekday daytime air.

Cannot relate to this at all, but okay

Tbh that's the reason I generally don't like playlists unless they're specifically curated to a certain mood, I want to hear the same sort of thing

You'd hate my show then, it's literally based the idea of being sporadic

I mean if the tunes are good enough then I'm sure it'd be fine ;-]
But yeah I almost exclusively listen to full albums and I usually prefer albums that are generally consistent in genre/mood

I specifically love albums that are all over the place in both genre and mood...

I mean there's nothing wrong with that, it's just personal preference. I like albums to be an immersive experience, ideally I can enter into the album's world and bask in it. Obviously some mood variety is needed to keep things interesting but I prefer it not to vary drastically from song to song.

A lot of the time albums can be incredibly diverse while still having an underlying personality
A lot of my 5s for instance lol

I guess this is why people think I have "boring" taste.
Like I don't care that much whether artists try to vary their sound, I figure if they're good enough at one thing that's enough, I can go to them for that and to someone else for something different.

I like to see artists push themselves in new directions and can't stand when an artist does the same thing too many times, especially if it's across albums

I generally listen more for songwriting than sound consistent songwriting is all I really need.
I mean I like it if artists develop from album to album too, I just don't feel like they need to.
I think that contributes a lot to why I like genres like country more than most. Most country sounds generally similar, but you can get amazing songwriting within that sound so it doesn't matter.

Ironically her first album is one of her best. Some great songs in here. The album is raw, but not dissonant.

whatever. You leave me dry

The mixing and mastering on this I find really fkn annoying... the songs sound hollow as fk due to the lack of low frequencies on anything other than the kit.... also song 5 is so fkn quiet..
Play anything off this against anything off "to bring you my love" and youll see what im talkin bout.
That said, this and PJ rule
