^^ Yeah, I feel tempted to lower this to a 3.5 soon; I just find it hard to listen to it repeatedly. His screaming kinda wares me out

me too this album gets old really quick. Some good songs. I hate the production. It was a lot better on Stabbing The Drama. One of my 07' deception

Sounds pretty bad, especially when Stabbing the Drama bored me to death.

This cd is definitely a grower. When I first saw the Exile video I was extremely disappointed. So here lately I've been going back and giving it several listens just to make sure I'm not missing something. With Peter absent from this recording that really comes into play with the poor songwriting. Now Ola left so I don't see the future of this band being very promising. But anyway, it's a decent cd, but for a Soilwork cd its below par for sure.

These guys and In Flames were on top of the Gothenburg scene for a while. With this and In Flames newest album, they have only proven that mediocrity is all they have left.

Thank god for Dark Tranquility.

Soilwork is top notch for me. Just like DT, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Admittedly both bands COULD do with a little more evolution in their sound, but eh. For now they're listenable, if they keep going for another two or so albums doing the same thing, then I'll think about rejecting them.

Sick Heart River and Martyr are the only great tracks on this album. The rest is pretty sub-par. Definitely doesn't make me want to check any of their other CD's out.

In flames are still awesome and Soilwork is still good. Though Figure Number five is easily Soilwork's best album IMOThis Message Edited On 12.29.08
