Great album also. 'Dead' and 'The Saddest Day' pwn the majority of other hardcore songs. This album is amazing but just not as good as the masterpiece that is 'Jane Doe'.

Jane Doe is great, but i like the more "artsy" side of this and You Fail Me more, its really original and just... wow, i love this album. Color Me Blood Red has one of the coolest intros around

I gave petitioning the empty sky a 5/5. It has been my favorite album for like 2 months, and Farewell Note..... is definitely the best in my opinion. Eargasm to the max.

I hate that I'm such a late comer to this band. I never really checked them out, and I had no idea what I was missing out on. I just bought Jane Doe the other day, and I cannot stop listening to it. Incredible. I've got a lot of catching up to do.

I'm listening to this now because I'm going to see them with Mastodon and Priestess this friday, and I have to say that it is pretty stellar. Not up to par with No Heroes or Jane Doe, but definitely better that You Fail Me.

Good work too, no matter how late this may be.

I agree. The album art for this remastered is imo, their best, althought they've yet to have bad cover art. Jane Doe is fantastic as well.

EDIT: oh and this is a fantastic album, but is it me or are the last two songs exactly the same? This Message Edited On 01.21.07

I like this a lot more than No Heroes. And I like this, period. Mhm. Now I just need Jane Doe to fall in love with or something.

You don't have Jane Doe? It trumps this with ridiculous ease.

And yeah, the album art is always stellar because, if I'm not mistaken, Jake Bannon does it all himself.

I went to get it last night, but this is all they had. And I didn't want to download it, but I guess I must succumb to it.

Nah download it. Trust me you'll still end up buying it. I've bought it twice already, hah.
