Wow hyper you think you transcend the flaws of humanity don't you? That subconsience crap is really just you grasping at your flawed ideals. So do you control your subconsience is that how you can rate critically acclaimed albums poorly? How about the fact that while Metallica's ST is critically acclaimed but I really dislike it. Ooooh I can do it too. Does that mean I'm more than human? No, it just means we all like different things. You can be a good reviewer and I'm not saying I don't like you but please stop acting like you know more than everyone else.

"Wow hyper you think you transcend the flaws of humanity don't you?"
Once again putting words/ideas into my mouth.
" That subconsience crap is really just you grasping at your flawed ideals. So do you control your subconsience is that how you can rate critically acclaimed albums poorly?"
I used to be in same position everyone here is in. I speak from experience. I spoke glowingly about albums, and truly believed they were great. Then one day I was listening to a stupid Black Sabbath album and realized how bored I actually was. I then realized I was being fooled. I talked to others I knew and they had similar experiences.
My posts are to do one thing: provoke thought. It helps you personally sort through your head why you choose the music you choose. If you read this and have a reason why you disagree, great, you're not mindless. If you read this and go, reflexively, "Durr this guys a moron!" then you missed the point and probably don't even know why you choose your music.
" How about the fact that while Metallica's ST is critically acclaimed but I really dislike it."
Fine. Of course, everyone but critics hated that album, so it's sort of jumping the bandwagon. I actually thought it was at least an original idea, intentionally poor production and all that. Hard to listen to, but a little smart.
" Ooooh I can do it too. Does that mean I'm more than human? "
Did I claim to me more than human?
"No, it just means we all like different things. You can be a good reviewer and I'm not saying I don't like you but please stop acting like you know more than everyone else."
It's clear that you do not like me, nor my reviews. Why not ignore them? Rather than waste your time. You know I will never agree with you. I will never back down. Why don't you just give up and write your own reviews?

you got a vote from me, i didn't neg since there was detail. what i hate about this though is the constant complaint of filler. its just that whole psychedelia that was common in records of that time and i think hendrix does it well, but what you could have added is the songs are long winded.
and little miss strange does not suck.
shame on you

That's the thing, though: Look at my Sgt Pepper review and you'll see I'm not really a huge fan of the whole psychedelic weird-o stuff. The only songs I really like that are like that are on the Revolver album, because theyre in the context of short, catchy songs, instead of boring meandering.

i think it does.

I've passively looked at all the review you've made, and I must admit that I at the first glance hated you for at least one of them. I wanted to write something really mean (or intimidating), and judging from responses you've written so far I can guarantee you would have had some fun with my first thoughts.
But, after I read some posts and responses I've come to the fact that everyone has their right to an opinion (woho) and that even though you just want to crush the life out of the reviewers bones, it isn't worth putting your internet pride out there just for one (two or three) review(s). And that goes for most of the people here.
Just wanted to let you know. And as for early Rolling Stones: Mick Taylor for president!
