Ordinarily I'm not the biggest Bright Eyes fan in the world, but Lime Tree is such a bomb song.

There are some excellent songs on this album, but I really don't care at all about any song after Middleman. However, When the Brakeman Turns My Way is FANTASTIC.

Not my favorite Bright Eyes album, but still a great album. "Classic Cars", "I Must Belong Somewhere", "Hot Knives", and "Cleanse Song" are all amazing.

Fuck it, this is by far his best album. The arrangements are so gorgeous and grandiose but the country stylings give it a homey vibe to balance it all out.
|
| |
gave this artist a chance, couldnt get into it. it just sounds so plain. fuck.
|
| |
this is his most "plain" album (i guess?) but it still rules.
