Favourite death metal album.
it is simply more interesting than any other DM out there: it has better, catchier rhythms, and easily enough melody! the vocals are sick too...
also the slow songs work VERY well.

i highly doubt they can top this album... havent heard the new one yet but this is my favourite modern DM album, so i doubt it will be as good (for me, at least.)

I like the new album better. I think it suffers from a few weak spots that this album doesn't really have, but the strong moments on Fathomless are way stronger than most anything here.
