Hold Me Tight is bad, one of their worst early originals. This album is front-loaded but still enjoyable.

gives me infinite joy just to see a thread of this
early Beatles is SO underrated (though their latter stuff is generally my fav)

"Best songs"
Yep
"Till There Was You" e "Not a Second Time" are also cute

Can't say I'm too hot on those two, but cute fits them well. "It Won't Be Long" and "All My Loving" are definitely my favorites, then there's "All I've Got to Do" that writing-wise seems to me is a noteworthy improvement over the debut album. Then "Don't Bother Me", "Little Child" and especially "Devil in Her Heart" feature some strong hooks here and there.
Early Beatles had the bad habit of making inconsistent albums filled with gems, for my tastes the only one that works well as an album listen is Beatles for Sale

Till There Was You is lovely:
"There were bells on a hill
But I never heard them ringing
No, I never heard them at all
Till there was you"
And those lyrics remind me "Old Man" by Love:
"I once knew a man
Been everywhere in the world
Gave me a tiny ivory ball
Said it would bring me good
Never believed it would until
I have been loving you"
I can't stand "Little Child", it bothers me for reasons. And "Devil in Her Heart" has that latin american taste that makes it sound stupid and cheesy to my ears
