I'd add TOCS to that list.

I'd go back to Cries of the Past tbh

Decided to give this a front to back as it’s been years.

What a great fucking album man. It’s almost difficult to believe they made an album this masterful, seeing as what there last few albums have been. I thought Voyeurist was pretty good, erase me mediocre, the place bad. So I don’t hate their newer stuff, but goddamn this is an entirely different level. Returning empty handed into casting such a thin shadow is probably my favorite ten mins on the album.

Love A Moment Suspended in Time too.

Still can’t decide whether this or Lost in the Sound tops it for me as their best. This is more “perfect” but lost in the sound is more interesting in an imperfect way at times (I liken it to Dirt vs AiC self titled in that regard).

Chasing safety is great too but was ultimately just a stepping stone.

I like Disambiguation quite a bit too, Paper Lung and My Deteriorating Incline are amongst their best songs, but I don’t quite love it like many do here.
