It is.



The way the guitars can be so thick and heavy at times without drowning out the bass is pretty remarkable. In fact, the bass remains front and center throughout the album. No small feat considering the way 8 and 9 string guitars drown out bass on other bands' albums. There's a lot of range going on throughout, which is probably helping with enhancing the listening experience.
