It definitely is. Radiohead have a lot of great b-sides but that is one of the best without a question. Would have fit on here perfectly

Yeah this a timeless record. The Bends on the other hand sounds horribly outdated. I'm not keen on the record anyway, to me it sounds like every other alternative rock band in the 90's save for some highlights (Street Spirit in particular)
