They didn't even create the art - it was an old postcard, I believe. The only major modification they made was potato thing on the guy's head. So even if it is racist or Nazi, they don't exactly get the credit for creating it, and I doubt they would choose it because of any potential Nazi support, since the album is clearly sympathetic towards Anne Frank.
