Not sure about the single he's referring to but I wouldn't categorize the new album as "heavy", although there are some heavy songs/moments. In agreement with him though that it falls well short of their best material but it's still a great ride regardless. I'd put it above Around The Fur and Gore, but below KNY, Diamond Eyes, and White Pony. Being on par with SNW seems about right, but only because that album loses a ton of steam and is a bit disjointed; but nothing on Ohms tops the opening four tracks of SNW.

Yup. All awesome singles, including Chino's. Actually "Brief Exchange" could have easily been a Deftones song if played by the whole band instead of Chino playing all the instruments (or whoever is playing drums and guitar there).
