Yeah this makes way more sense now, I’ll bump it up a notch. Bonus tracks are cool as well, especially Pyre.
Whenever I come back to Opeth I attempt to alternate albums regularly, slacking a little on Deliverance though as it’s definitely not my favourite and I rarely fancy listening to it, the rest get decent play-time (with the exception of the last 2).

I always remember Mike saying in an interview that the super short soft intro notes were done to anger fans, who would eagerly hope for MORE METALLLZZ after Damnation. It was a joke of them starting off the album on these notes, making everyone think this would be another soft proggy album, until
