Switch TDAG and Sci fi, then switch Deja with Daisy and that’s my ranking.

nah Benecidal is pretty much dead on
the only thing I still debate to this day is whether I prefer SciFi or Daisy; I think it depends on the day

@Sowing I toggle between TDAG and SF as being first but the rest stands pretty firm for me.
@agent I like that you rate Deja so highly. It’s a great album and I think too many are a bit dismissive of it because it’s more “fluffy”/commercial than the others. But damn, nearly every song on it is a 4-5. Not a bad or even just ok song on it.

Yeah, Deja deserves more love tbh.

Agreed. Daisy is still awesome, but DG, SF and Deja are their best.

deja is great, but I just wish jaws theme swimming and good to know.. were better songs. the others are top tier for me
|

Deja is a cute 00s relic with a few good tracks, Daisy is a great alt rock album

I love Jaws and Good to Know but they’re definitely not close to being the best on it.

Album Rating: 4.5 | Sound Off
problem is that Deja sounds way too much "of its time", compared to any of their other non-YFW albums

"jaws was my first brand new song, love it"
mine too

I've probably listened to this 100 times, and a line just stuck out at me that hasn't before. But not one the band wrote.
"And while I don't mind having all of this going on inside of me, I think I'm going to be relieved when it's over."
ain't that real or what? That line alone describes so many people's current mindsets, even if they don't think about it so directly like that.

Not sure what you mean
I always took it as a reference to TDAGARIM, as well as their career ending
