Insomniatic Meat, Brother Bleed Brother, Ink, A Man Alone (that finally screamed chorus), and Miro through Dreams of Psilocybin are all A tier. I know it's weak to choose those as my favorites but they all slap.

Miro (this is such a genius song and should’ve been the lead single), Brother Bleed Brother, and Ravenous are the three that have gripped me the most over the past few years. That said, this album an all timer and my top three favs changes periodically lol
Also the second half of Hopeless Host might be my favorite passage on the album, so fucking epic

Ironically I think the weakest track here by a good margin was the lead single lol… Bitemarks and Bloodstains. huge blunder for them in hindsight. I remember Finch having a lot of clout back then and that song just didn’t stick with anyone

WIITB is great for what it is, but this album just pushed the band and genre forward in a direction that’s honestly far more inventive and timeless (imo)
For me the performances and songwriting are a major step up across the board too
