I hate to say this, I really do, but this is easily one of the better DGD albums of Tilian era. Possibly the best. Andrew Tates is a huge help in this.

Do not fret, Daddy Kurt brought the goods once again...

I am enjoying this more than I did initially, but there was no reason to have so many songs. They could've had another really excellent album if they cut like 6 from here.

I don't understand the hate this band gets. They have one of the most unique sounds/styles out there right now. People love to rag on the eccentricities of this band, but that's what makes them great. Great melodies, excellent musicianship, catchy hooks, cool breakdowns - wtf more do you want?

Can’t imagine creating an account and the first comment is defending DGD in the wake of the Tilian shit and releasing their most stale album yet.

Every time I try coming back to this, I like the "bad" tracks even less, but I appreciate the "good" ones even more. Honestly would've been happy with a short EP that just contained Holy Ghost Spirit, Polka Dot Dobbins, and Pray to God for Your Mother.
