Yea, Kayo Dot came to my friends college. It was a really intimate show, no more than 20 people attended, and he was selling stuff at the merch booth

He was nice, but he didn't seem grateful when I told him I loved his work, I suppose.

I think it's nice since it concludes the album series the same way that it began.

This is a brilliant album...I like maudlin of the Well more than Kayo Dot for some reason...Kayo Dot is just so random...

i guess i was expecting more. i love the song, just felt that they couldve closed it better.
however, if they played the beginning motif of The Blue Ghost at the end of Monstrously Low Tide, that wouldve fit more i think

Oh yeah LYBM is still amazing for me. I usually will just listen to the two albums together since it's how they were meant to be heard. And they flow so nicely into one another.
But my favorite off here would have to be the whole section of Girl with the Watering Can/Birth Pains. Just superbly done.

You gotta do it totsy. Like I said before, they just flow so nicely. After a while I sometimes forget
where Bath ends and Leaving Your Body Map begins.

Don't worry man. I didn't start doing it until the last year or so. I was missing out though, man.
They just work together so fucking well.

Yeah not that many companion albums are exactly meant to be played together.
The only thing I can think off the top of my head is how The Devin Townsend Project released companion albums, but those are always polar opposite in style so it would be weird to play them as a double album.
