"how i wish we could kick trolls out (both 1ers and 5ers after not even listening to the album properly) for once and have a normal, objective and civilized discussion about the actual music."
What? Noooonsense! Obective? Actual music? Civilized? Somebody ban this fella! Shout me. I want to speak about this album.

Reaching the 6th minute of track 2...very enjoyable yes...I'm happy this is Tool.
I've avoided the single when it came out and only listened to the new tracks live m/

Descending, Pneuma and Culling Voices are my initial faves. Definitely a grower of an album like most Tool albums. Wasn't too fussed about it at first but it's shot up to my top 3 over this past week. Impeccable instrumentation, provoking lyricism as always, engrossing compositions and masterful production. If this is their last album then they've definitely made a fitting swan song.
My only complaint like most is the lack of that 1 iconic song every Tool had previously had but I guess that's not what they where going for this time around. Also 8:12 in Culling Voices was begging for a scream of "Don't you dare point that at...MEEEEE!".
