I guess I'm glad it has a 3.2. A very high percentage of the people i hang out with are into it (for some reason), and "money machine" is pretty much amazing, but it's not that good as an album and it's super short, I dunno it's a 3. I get that it's very uhhhh confrontational in terms of the timbres and the influences they choose to deploy and how those timbres either engage one's sense of humor or leaves one feel icky from the badness of those influences, which I guess mostly are still bad, but I dunno, yeah, with 100 gecs it's for sure a whole new level: the ending of "gec 2 U" (is it?), which is the ending of the ALBUM, is a bit much even for me. I think this album has one great song, two very good ones maybe two pretty good ones? it's not bad but it's not enough, and those songs are basically "singles" in my case--I don't like to listen to this album front to back very much



in other words I get why someone would be like F this tbh



but i'm glad sputnik didn't overreact aggressively to the admittedly aggressive style of 100 gecs and also avoided overrating it idk 3.2 is fine, it's pretty good
