***Deathblow - look at you go

Brought a T62 to a rodeo

So tall, it broke the fourth wall

Guess my fairy tale has a few plot holes***

"Tbh is more shocking to see underoath in similar bands bitches"

I mean Erase Me was kinda like a 2.0 version of TTS

This feels like Sempiternal's heavy electronic influence + TTS's radio rock arrangements. Ir's not terrible if you measure it against the rest of the radio rock spectrum. So far I'm gonna say this is 3rd or 4th best.

There is a Hell

Sempiternal

Amo / CYB

TTS

SS

This is after one listen-through and is subject to change.

SS is alright. Has its moments. The title track is one of their best imo.

For me:

Sempiternal

There is a Hell (Crucify Me is their best song)

Amo

TTS

SS

haven’t listened to CYB. Few songs I heard were fucking awful but I don’t listen to deathcore. So I’m sure it would be in last place for me.

Amo and TTS are nearly tied — TTS’s best songs are better than the best songs on Amo, but I actually like more songs on Amo.

Semp>TIAH>Amo=TTS>SS>CYB

I don’t hate any of their albums but CYB is mostly just really boring and SS is just slightly above average with nothing I ever really care to hear again outside of The Sadness Never Ends and maybe the t/t??

Listening through There is a hell.. on my way to work and then contrasting it with this is a stark difference. IMO anyone who says "it's just different" is wrong. Musicianship, creativity, lyrically, sound scape.. it's such a step down. From passion to uninspired. Something "different" might be Thursday's earlier work to their last album.
