I just think he could have done more. I understand the concept behind why he sang the way he did, but seeing as this is his final goodbye to the memory of his friend you'd think there would be some really hard hitting, emotional vocal moments.

I also don't understand how the 1-2 of Monochrome (passive) to Godspeed doesn't immediately hook people. I was dialed the fuck in the second I heard that immense interval they drop with the guitars crashing in. I'm pretty sure it's a tritone that they throw down there which is not an easy feat.
