Marc Mas was an amazing drummer, Sergi is good too but Marc's drumming was something that I liked a lot in SM, in Aathma the drumming just fit the songs but nothing more. Too bad he left

Have to disagree with you Zougi. The newcomers did wonders, and although the drumming performance was fantastic in SM, it's even better executed here.

I saw that some persons dislike a lot Miguel's voice too, I don't know about you, but imo he sounds really good here and he deliver here some remarquable parts, like the one in Living Waves and especially at the end of the part 3, he deliver here his best perfomance!

Best harsh vox is on Core my man, it's clear from the opening 4 minutes.
But the cleans are most certainly the highest caliber here, no argument.

Yeah Kunsangii Marc sound way better than in SM imo, sometimes his voice was annoying especially his scream
And yes I could listen again the part where Miguel sing at the end of the part 3 of Aathma all days, damn !

To me, songwriting is like a 10 times bigger deal than minor changes in how vocals sound
Though yeah I'd also say Core has the best harsh vocals. Also definitely the best cleans, since they used a female singer.
