I didn't dodge the question. I didn't answer it because it's a stupid gotcha question. But here you go:
Yes most black people don't understand how to fix the problems in their community, hence why 95% of them vote democrat. They don't make anything up they just misinterpret reality and yes this has evolved into victim cults like Black Lives Matter that sensationalize problems that are minorly worse in black America than white america to such a stupid degree that people actually think trump is hitler.
I don't honestly know how to debate such stupid arguments. You take a cornel of truth and sensationalize the shit out of it...

(Ignoring the blatant fact that you haven't established those numbers are even accurate, you just posted a blog and said "my source is betterthan yours from Harvard cuz I said so" even if you're right) roughly 25 (non self defense) police shootings compared to 11 is not a significant issue.
If you are more willing to discuss / rant about he .01% of the African American population killed by police, while ignoring the 90% of African Americans killed by other African Americans, I have no time for you. And no, the violent discrepancy doesn't disappear even as AA move up on the income ladder.
That's the last thing I'm saying. This album sucks, people voted Trump precisely because they are tied of this asinine argument / being expected to feel guilty for problems AA need to fix themselves.
