Periphery IV: From Fear Through The Eyes Of Your Mom is still a top 5 funny thing I've ever heard

The shitting on this album and sheer negativity is real, are there anyone here that has something good to say about this album...
|

Lune is a killer power ballad, one of the best things crafted by periphery. Prefer Juggernaut omega, Part I and specially Part II but this is very good, people talking shit about this are just scum who should stop derpin while I am djentin, those niggas can't handle a djentstick unlike me who can handle a ibanez 7 string guitar signed by misha mansoor and chester benington lolololololol

| |
This album was a definite improvement over their Beta and Gamma albums
|
| |
Is better than alpha but omega rapes this shit, specially the last tracks of omega are beyond epic

Imo you can only count Juggernaut as a one album but thats just me, i prefer Juggernaut as well but still fucking love this too

I just wish that 80% of Alpha didn't exist, Omega is fine with me.

I actually liked Heavy Heart and Rainbow Gravity tbh
If these guys did an entire album with songs like Marigold that would be great.

So you mean the interludes... or like, the end of The Scourge... i guess?

well those two and A Black Minute were really the only songs I actually liked in that album. Everything else ranged from average to offensively bad.

Ok, so you like Omega, and like the poppier tracks on Alpha... but not the heavier tracks... didnt know someone who even slightly liked Alpha could dislike Psychosphere or 22 Faces, but, you learn something new everyday

Rainbow Graivty isn't one of their poppier tracks.
these guys are just very hit or miss with everything they do for me.

Heavy Heart is meh and 22 Faces is a bit wanky for my tastes but Alpha as a whole is still pretty good. Psychosphere's one of their best tracks imo

"The shitting on this album and sheer negativity is real, are there anyone here that has something good to say about this album..."
This is the only release aside from the Icarus EP that I haven't given a 4+ too. This album is just super phoned in... like literally, the whole reason this album exists is because their manager fucked up the Juggernaut cycle so they were just sitting around with nothing to do and were just like "eh lets just make another album fuck it (even though Juggernaut hasn't even been out for a year yet.)"
|
| |
"Do you feel the love? Yes I feel the love!" is still the worst line ever. Can't take Lune seriously because of it
|
| |
Alpha as a whole is dope, it has black minute, the scourge, 22 faces, psychosphere which are legenday, this and alpha have the same rating. Both albums are solid but there is a notorious amount of filler
|
| |
""Do you feel the love? Yes I feel the love!" is still the worst line ever. Can't take Lune seriously because of it"
Gah, why did you have to remind me. I've only heard that song once and the line still burns in my mind.
