so even aesop albums i enjoy in the past kinda get ruined by the corniness but man this album avoids that almost altogether - he really was on it with this one maybe i should bump probably

Something about the more personal and introspective tone of this album really connects with me. My eyes get wet every time I listen to Blood Sandwich, and that's not something I can say about many rap songs (a couple by billy woods and that's it probably).

Rings is one of his best no doubt, insanely tight writing on that one and a really solid beat too. I've always been partial to Kirby too
