Wilson needs to chill and stop making music, he's probably going to have a stroke one of these days.

The mans work rate is incredible. He needs to go to rehab.

well porcupine trees never take breaks

I feel like Wilson is so consistent that there's no 'surprise factor' in his releases anymore, you
know, you're just like 'well, next year he'll release another ghost/broken-relationship/themed album
that will rule, cool'

meh, Wilson's music these days is nowhere near as good as it used to be imo.

Agree with Gian, it can seem that way to a certain extent. GFD had jazz bits which made it fresh but it was still lacking that oomph.

I like to use the term `plastic“ whenever albums are degraded due to an artists' viscousness.

I'm uncomfortable using that term for any of Wilsons work, he does stay true to the music to a large extent.

I find a lot of his solo work is fresher than some of the recent PT stuff.
Some of his songs are breathtaking, others do drag a bit.

will assuredly be pure banal shiet for you to all obsess over! [2]

Steven Wilson is the definition of suburban white music. Just look at him, his smug white face and his glasses.
