I dig Cataracts for the cool bass line in the verses, the cool guitar line in the choruses and the cool ending bridge/outro thing altogether. I's a cool song.

I'm not really sure which song I like the best from this album. It's between "Promises," "Blinded", and "Listen Through Me."

This is so very different from early Thrice. I had noticed a general shift in the tone of their music with each new album but man, this sounds like a totally different band. In a good way though. It's weird, it's like...I get this modern almost..."post-hardcore blues" kind of feel from it. Does that subgenre exist yet? Did Thrice just invent it?
