I'm needing a Bills-Bears Super Bowl matchup just for the narrative.
|
| |
nah fuck the bills i hope they get blown out 200-0 and allen retires out of shame. i wanna see the texans make it. won't be mad if the broncos too just cuz i live in denver and my friends will be stoked

Ya I’m rooting hard for the Broncos. My family comes from western Nebraska, my moms side at least, so they’re all hardcore Broncos fans and some of the most fun i ever had was watching their Super Bowl run with them back when Manning was with them.

If it ain’t the Broncos I’d love to see the Bears come away with it solely because they paid all my bills this month lol… and feather is a cool dude and every time I go to chi I have a great time

no way in hell texans are making it lol
also Denver is getting wrecked this weekend
|

Idk man. That defense is fucking mean. I don’t think they will but with the season we’ve had fucking anything is possible. The only thing I was pretty certain of was the Steelers falling in the first round.
|
| |
And Denver is well rested against a team that barely scraped by against Jacksonville… I don’t see them getting blown out man.
|
| |
Welp, Tomlins out! I didn’t think I’d see the day.

Nah, it's fuck Sean Payton forever and always. I'm not a Nix guy either so I can't root for the Broncos, though historically I've always liked them (especially when Manning was there). The cities of Buffalo and Chicago playing each other for either a first Super Bowl victory or a first in 40 years after all the suffering the teams have endured would make for a a hype game though. It's what I'm hoping for but I wouldn't be upset at any of these current teams winning except for the 49ers and kind of the Rams.

Neither did I, but man am I happy. End of an era boys.

How soon before he's in Atlanta?
|

I'll bet he takes a year off and goes into TV.

I can see that but there are some big time openings right now. Atlanta is in a whack division where he could definitely contend every year and the Giants have to be a dream destination for a lot of people. Obviously there's Baltimore too. Other than Philly, I'm not sure what other high profile spots with good rosters are likely to have a new coach in the next year or two.
|
| |
he may be destined for the cowher path. year off on tv and never leave with rumors every single offseason about him coming back.
|
| |
holy shittttttttt
yeah i'd be shocked if he didn't take a year off of coaching, dude has seemed kinda exhausted these past few months and felt like we heard a lot from the players about how special it was to "get these wins for tomlin". in hindsight it may have been an open secret in the locker room that he was leaving at season's end.
|
| |
That could be the case also, but idk, I think he'll get the itch to coach again after a year off.
