Probably lower, but I've always found "if another band released x album" argument to be kind of silly because the fact is that this is an album made by Radiohead and no other band could have made it quite the same way.
At the very least, no other not already established act could make something quite this richly conceived and fully formed, it's the kind of album that only veteran acts make.

Listening to this for the first time in a while. "Burn the Witch" is a far better opener than I remembered.

Album Rating: 4.5
yeah because it low key rips

honestly i had no idea how to feel about it when they first released it with the video, but the first time i listened to the album and heard it kick in the way it does as an opener, i kinda sat back and laughed at how effective it was

It took until nearly a year after release... but this is finally starting to grow.

Album Rating: 3.5
both the bonus tracks from this thing are in my top 5 from this era (provided it's even over, in terms of new tracks)
Ill Wind and Spectre are just so damn good, as is Burn the Witch, Identikit, and tbh I'm sorta torn between Daydreaming & True Love Waits
most of this is good but, you know, talkin' top 5 specifically

Still one of Radiohead's best. Seriously this has only gotten better with time, which is hard to say about a lot of new releases.

More like had so many good ideas but the execution was lacking for me head

The biggest 'grower' in their discography, to me.

Fucking love this album. It's so gorgeous. Although it's pretty much a Thom and Johnny show for the entire runtime

I mean the drumming is still really good, like on Present Tense, and Ed O'Brien gave his subtle contributions as usual.

mmm it's almost like
a Radiohead album
