Not really. If the next few bars were more similar I'd agree, but the Bbm goes back up to a slightly jazzy Bmaj and then back down to the Bbm, so the overall figure doesn't completely descend like Court. Plus, the fact that Drapery has a 6/8 time sig instead of 4/4
