Wow, just listened to the alternate version of Terrible Love and I easily prefer it over the album version (that I like, but don't love). Much much 'cleaner' and therefore better imo.

Haha whoops, not bringing anything new to the table here I see...cant say I really understand your interpretation, because, well, I dont really delve deep into lyrics and stuff.
Can see why you (and others) would prefer the album version though - it's more unique in their catalog, whereas the alternate version is kind of Natioanal by the books. This maybe makes for a stronger album-opener.

I used to not be crazy about Lemonworld and Runaway but the former really grew on me and I became able to appreciate the beauty of Runaway too, despite it being a little long.
Also the alt. version of Terrible Love is indeed superior, and one of their best songs. The drumming is insane.
