I take everything with a grain of salt for at least the first 4 games tbh. If that is still happening in week 10, then I'll be pissed, but they already got a lot of issues together yesterday and I think both lines are the key. They dominated the game up front on both sides of the ball. If that continues, they'll have a good chance imo.

haha well after this week i might be starting to come around on hawks' pov. this team might not be super great but were like were 2+ games up on every other afc north team and after sunday i've kinda recontextualized barely beating the pats and dropping a home game to seattle... are those actually really good teams???

speaking of the geno/darnold trades it seems i really whiffed on that one. not terribly surprised to see darnold playing well (jsn feels firmly like a top 10 receiver), but geno just completely cratering is something i never saw coming. worst he has ever looked including his jets years. reminds me of that last matt schaub texans year where he threw a pick 6 like five games in a row.
