i dunno as someone who hasn't listened to this band outside of their absolute best i think their newest could be a lot worse. all they really need is a bigger budget and a producer that's not a band member. the ingredients are set for a fantastic album, thats for sure.

jamming once was not right now and holy shit is it insane. its like seeing a good friend mutate into some unknowable creature, but still just as enjoyable as before. only way i can describe it.
also reminds me of a death metal A Grand Declaration of War from Mayhem (even down to the theming) but done way better
