that was 80% a joke, odEssey rules. but if i ever re-listen and rate it i'll have to take off half a star for the egregious spelling error
also the pet sounds thing is a reference to something someone said, john hanson talked about it in his review. i think it's a pretty legitimate comparison honestly, the chordal structure of this album is incredibly beach boys-influenced
