Pink Cellphone isn't a terrible song, its just outclassed by pretty much every other song on this album imo

easy 4.5 album though < 3

"how can yall like Team Sleep but hate PC so much, imo it sounds pretty reminiscent of TS"

Easy. I don't care much for Team Sleep either.

Fucking love Team Sleep. Everybody needs to check out The Woodstock Sessions. They performed live in a studio for an audience. One of Chino’s best vocal performances.

Love Crosses and Palms too. Palms >Crosses>Team Sleep. All great tho.

I mean it's no mezzanine or dummy but that doesn't mean it isn't at least interesting, and Delgado's ambient/trip-hoppy contributions are what separate Deftones from the rest of the pack imo

i dunno none of the crosses or team sleep stuff ever clicked for me, it always felt too diluted. i dont particularly like chino's voice for non deftones material which may be part of it, he is unique, but he isn't very versatile so everything he sings on just ends up sounding like weird deftones b-sides

I agree, but the "new" and rearranged songs didn't really wow me. Blvd Nights is so dope in that live recording though

pink cellphone is just proof that deftones fans don't have a sense of humour and will never realise that guitars are gey and archaic [2]

Is Cherry Waves their best song ever? Yes it is.

Then Beauty School.

Then Sextape.

Love me some Sextones.
