lol sorry man, just never been a fan. Scott Stapp annoys me. I guess it isn’t objectively irredeemably trash either — more just overcooked, bland, derivative but somewhat competent rock — but I certainly hate their music.

Agreed, if something this year tops it, it’ll be like the year we got Soundgarden/Superunknown and NIN/The Downward Spiral in the same year (the same day even! that’s how common great music was in the 90s).
Two masterpiece albums.
I have high hopes for new Deftones album, but I doubt even they will top this. This is such an exceptionally great album. It would have to be another White Pony or self titled to surpass or equal this.
