it's honestly really good, im just mad at it. for being so simple for them
Insensitive Tempo - I Can Tell By The Scars is fucking awesome. (Live Forever is great too, but on multiple listens, it feels like the run starts after it). I liked Consume With You on first listen but really loving it now.

Rightless Destiny should've been the closer tbh. mostly cuz then i wouldn't have known the closer before listening to the album but i also think it has a better sense of finality.
War Crimes is great doe, dont get me wrong.

Gotta be honest, been sitting on it for a couple days but I really do not care for the new album.

They're opening for btbam tomorrow, that's kind of crazy to see.

Didn't hear ANYTHING from the new album until this morning and wtf, way underhyped. It's so much better than I thought it was going to be. I hear the critiques saying it's less experimental but the hooks are massive, easily top 2-3 hts for me

People seemed to enjoy these guys more than btbam at their last show here in Charlotte.

Consumed With You has gotta be their best ballad since Never Kill A Mouse, god damn

Definitely in the minority but I'm enjoying the new album the most out of any of their records. Insensitive Tempo, Consumed with You and Relapse is a Love Affair are all peak HtS in my opinion. I'm cool with more focused melodies at the expense of a little intricacy with this band

^^With you completely. Also cannot get over how good the drumming is on the new one specifically.
