Celestial Lineage is a great record, it just kinda lacks its own identity. It has elements from all their other albums to that point but never really has the highs to match them. I can definitely see why the band stepped away after that but, Celestial Lineage is still really solid. Celestite is.....you know

the band has never sounded as unique and individual as they have on their first two albums... records since then have been good to really good, but that magic of the early records has not been present for like 15 years now

I don't expect a band to sound the same for 20 years, and I'm glad this doesn't sound like Two Hunters. We already have Two Hunters. This is its own thing and its a damn good thing imo.

tbh Black Cascade and Malevelont Grain also rule. Not as much as Diadem and Two Hunters, but I'll take both of them over CL

when i saw them live under the previous album cycle i think their guitars weren't loud enough so it was a lot of drum clicking drowning everything out, not very atmospheric.

I hated this on first listen, couldnt bother to check it again
