Salvation is as good as Cult of Luna gets. This needs more listens.

With "this" I meant Dawn to Fear.

This Opeth though needs more listens...which is a good thing having something that makes you want to come back..

Agreed DDD, this is layered and complex, the opposite of what Sorceress seems to be.

True, agree...there s a spacey pink floyd vs folksy and hard rock vibes dicotomy to digest here, which may bring you some sense of incoherence...as if the intro and Charlatan f.e. don t belong here...but Im enjoying these weirdness more than expected. It helps I love the band though.

The Garroter comes closest to being poor. It sounds like a middle-of-the-road Dear Hunter song. A little too theatrical without the flare that band has for that sort of thing.

Don't agree, love it. It sounds more like Ulver (who I love) than Deer Hunter (who I hate) to me.
