Golgata has genuinely one of the worst choruses I've ever heard. Funny because the rest of the song is pretty good.

Vultures definitely caught my attention. Wild to hear some deviation from the straightahead 4/4 rhythms Soilwork is guilty of abusing and get even some slight syncopation in there.

@artiswar
it feels like a completely new sound almost, its weird. but yeah i think its very good if you don't expect them to stay within one very narrow lane.

pros: band is really good at writing melodies, Bjorn is a remarkable vocalist, the opener and Vultures are very good
cons: band is really bad at dynamic contrast and varying song structures which highlights the lack of variety in their instrumentation. Death I Hear You Calling is their worst song in years. production is very bad; it's too clean and polished (which makes the heavy parts weaker, which again feeds into the 'lack of dynamic contrast' thing)
edit: Ok, the guitars sound good. It's the drum mixing that doesn't do it for me
