I'm not sure if he has actually heard any of the EPs though. He had no idea that the guitar on Material Control was from All Good Junkies, and he acts as if this is the first time that they broke away from the post hardcore sound from the early 2000s.

Fantano reviews a huge variety of music and genres. he admitted he wasn't a huge fan of the band, so I don't people should be jumping all over him for not knowing about Coloring Book etc.
Dude's a good reviewer who articulates his opinions well, and like everyone else here, his tastes are subjective. The reason people hate him is because they look to him for validation and get upset when he hates on their favourite band.
