The reason I said this is going nowhere is because you've cherry-picked a study that goes against a multitude of evidence showing that with respect to their proportion of the population when compared to whites, blacks do suffer significantly higher rates of shootings and incarcerations than whites.

Cool then let's bring up the fact that African Americans are by far the most violent group in the country. Wait, no, let's not, because that's expanding the discussion to a ridiculous degree and will just lead to a convoluted meaningless argument where two sides shout different talking points.
