That isn't what I meant. I hate when the endings of animes get rushed.

Yeah the few times it has happened have been really annoying. Just saying it's silly to judge the whole medium based on that.

I don't even watch it frequently but have experienced this more than a "few times". Rushed endings and abrupt endings because the producers lose funding. Clean cut, concise animes with no filler or no bullshit endings are hard to find, which is basically why I've lost interest at this point.

Yea there's a live action of it, it's my favorite anime of all

After a lot of listens, this is not so bad, but never a 3,5
It's more a 2,5 - 3,0
However, I still think the biggest problem here at the album is the production.
The drums sound horrible mechanic. Too much highs, too crisp and overcompressed. Most of the time the album sounds more like a recorded Guitar Pro file with EZ drummer and Shreddage 2 running over it.
I still have no idea how someone can produce an album from such a band with great name like this
With better and more vivid production, this album would have been much better.
The melodies and riffs are on point and full of live, great ideas, very good songwriting in my opinion as Veil of Maya here makes perfect twist between old fast Veil of Maya style and pop appeal structures.
The next problem unfortunately is their new shouter Lukas, who is pretty good technically as well as live but robs Veil of Maya a lot of their uniqueness. In that way they just sound too close to Periphery pretty often. The closer you listen, the more you get the feeling that this does not fit completely and is not fully identified with veil of may

All I'm saying is that if Eren and Mikasa don't hook up by the end of Attack on Titan I'm going to be super disappointed.

This band is better at being Periphery than Periphery is.
