Still can't get over how good Afterlife is, the horns in the "where do we gooooo" part are absolutely brilliant.

I bought this album from the store, played disc 1 in my car going home, then put it in my computer to rip on Windows Media Player. Disc 2 ripped just fine, but when I put Disc 1 in my CD drive, my computer basically froze and won't recognize/rip Disc 1. I cleaned Disc 1 with scratch remover but it did nothing. The CD played fine in my car. Are the problems with Disc 1 caused by the pregap track before Track 1 (Reflektor)? If so, how can I get around it?

could try ripping with iTunes if you have it? i had no problems

I don't have iTunes. My computer won't even recognize the disc. Like I said, Disc 2 had no problems at all. The CD plays fine except for on my computer.
